VOA-Greater New York is seeking a Social Worker to support formerly homeless clients in Permanent Supportive Housing across The Bronx and Brooklyn. You will coordinate with case management, recreational, and operations staff to serve assigned sites and maintain thorough documentation.
Minimum qualifications include a Master's in Social Work, LMSW licensure within 1 year of hire (exam costs reimbursed), and at least 2 years' experience with adults with serious mental illness and/or homelessness.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
The Social Worker offers support to eligible formerly homeless clients living in Permanent Supportive Housing to promote well-being and stability. The Social Worker is part of a specialized team working across four SRO sites in The Bronx and Brooklyn. The Social Worker will be assigned a caseload of clients at 1-2 of those sites and will coordinate closely with case management, recreational and operations staff at the building(s) to which they are assigned.
Note: This position is in a qualified setting for clinical experience hours towards LCSW licensure
