One You Love Homecare San Antonio is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support clients, families, and caregivers in a fast-paced office. This role involves scheduling, interviewing, visiting clients, and helping match caregivers with needs.
The position blends client care, social services, operations and admin. Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills are essential, with training and ongoing support provided.
Are you someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of others, solving problems, and making people feel supported?
One You Love Homecare San Antonio is looking for a positive, compassionate, dependable Client Care Coordinator to join our team.
This could be an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in home health, senior care, social services, case management, healthcare administration, or another people-focused profession who is looking for a rewarding change. It may also be a great next step for a recent college graduate who has some experience working in home health services and wants to build a career helping seniors and their families.
We're looking for someone who brings both heart and ability to the position. You need to care about people, but you also need to be business-oriented, organized, very comfortable with technology, able to communicate well, be a positive teammate, and capable of solving problems when things don't go according to plan.
If you enjoy people, can stay organized when things get busy, and want your work to have a meaningful impact on families in our community, we would love to hear from you.
The Client Care Coordinator is a key member of the daily operations of our home care office. This is a varied, fast-paced, people-centered position. One moment you may be coordinating a caregiver schedule, and the next you may be speaking with a family about their loved one's care, interviewing a potential caregiver, conducting a client visit, or helping solve an unexpected scheduling issue. The position combines elements of client care, social services, operations, customer service, scheduling, recruiting, sales, and administrative support. No two days will be exactly the same, and that's part of what makes this position rewarding. There is a lot to learn in this position, especially during the first several months. Our Client Care Coordinator will receive training and will be expected to spend time studying our systems, services, policies, procedures, and the home care industry. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their own learning. When things slow down, you should be the kind of person who naturally looks for the next productive thing to do, whether that means completing training, reviewing procedures, following up with a client or caregiver, improving your knowledge, organizing your work, or asking where you can help. We will provide training, direction, and support, but this is not a position for someone who needs to be given their next task throughout the day.
As our Client Care Coordinator, you will help support our clients, their families, our caregivers, and the overall operation of the office.
We welcome applicants from adjacent professional backgrounds, including social services, human services, healthcare, senior services, case management, care coordination, customer service, and related fields, provided the required home health experience is met.
If you've been working in a helping profession and are looking for an opportunity to continue making a meaningful difference in people's lives while developing a broader set of professional skills, this may be a great fit.
Starting pay: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Full-time team members have access to:
This position includes some evening and weekend on-call responsibilities as part of our team's commitment to supporting our clients and caregivers when they need us.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally for client visits and other work-related responsibilities.
Employment is contingent upon successfully meeting all applicable background screening requirements.
One You Love Homecare maintains a drug-free workplace and reserves the right to conduct drug testing in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
Home care is personal.
Families trust us with someone they love, and we take that responsibility seriously. We believe seniors deserve to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect while remaining as independent as possible in the place they call home.
We are a small team, which means the work you do matters.
You won't simply be filling a seat. You will be helping families navigate important decisions, supporting caregivers, solving real problems, and helping us provide the level of care our clients deserve.
We want people on our team who care about doing the right thing, treating people well, and being someone others can depend on.
If you're looking for meaningful work where your compassion, communication skills, organization, and ability to solve problems can make a difference every day, we'd like to meet you.
Most importantly, be yourself. Skills and experience matter, but so do attitude, compassion, reliability, character, and how you treat people. We're hiring a whole person, not just a list of qualifications. Come help us care for the ones people love.
