Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with clients and families, address concerns.
• Match clients with suitable caregivers based on needs and preferences.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of caregivers.
• Support caregivers to promote quality care and positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate client and employee records and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with daily office tasks and documentation.
• Occasionally provide direct client care to cover emergencies.
