Visiting Angels Gettysburg is seeking a detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to manage day-to-day scheduling, client care plans, and caregiver success. The role starts as an assistant with a fast track to a Manager position, overseeing inquiries, intakes, care coordination, and compliance across Adams, Franklin, and Cumberland Counties.

Responsibilities include lead management, in-home assessments, care planning, timekeeping, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred, along with 2+ years of supervisory and scheduling experience in home care.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid state-required auto insurance. Must successfully complete background checks, drug screenings, and ongoing compliance assessments.
• High proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, databases, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle delicate situations with empathy, diplomacy, and professionalism. Exceptional time management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-driven, with the ability to coordinate complex schedules, manage constant interruptions, and meet operational deadlines.
• Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, bending, stooping, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client care quality and intake processes.
• Coordinate scheduling, caregiver assignments, and timekeeping.
• Support caregiver success through onboarding, coaching, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance and maintain audit-ready records.
• Prepare managerial reports and maintain up-to-date databases.
• Provide ongoing client and family communication and follow-ups.
