Job summary

Right At Home Indianapolis West in West Indianapolis is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. You will answer inquiries, convert them into clients, and craft personalized care plans for seniors while building strong relationships with clients, families and caregivers.

You will conduct quality assurance visits and client assessments, and help create engaging social media content. The role also supports onboarding new caregivers, with some evening and weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience (preferred).
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working some evenings/weekends.
