Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Coordinate client/referral source evaluation, delivery and repair appointments.
• Assist in completing work orders and verify client information and funding eligibility.
• Perform data entry of pertinent information and file documents.
• Assist with physical inventory and prepare inventory documentation.
• Provide clerical support as directed by branch leadership.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Communicate with clients, clinicians and caregivers for follow-up on orders.
• Adhere to NSM policies and participate in ongoing training as assigned.
• Complete related duties as requested by branch leadership.
• Operate in a professional office environment using standard equipment.
