Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to client needs in the West Palm Beach office (2 days) and Boynton Beach (3 days) per week.
• Coordinate with Scheduling Coordinator to ensure proper appointment scheduling.
• Schedule client appointments and send reminders as needed.
• Admit clients into the program using the client database.
• Manage client intakes and maintain records.
• Meet with clients in 1-on-1 assessment sessions as a client advocate.
• Provide information, education, and referrals per Birthline/Lifeline standards.
• Assist with general administrative and receptionist tasks including greeting clients and handling inquiries.
• Resolve problems with supervision and consult supervisor for unusual issues.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attends to client needs in the West Palm Beach office location (2) days per week and in the Boynton Beach location three (3) days per week.
• Works closely with the Scheduling Coordinator and other staff to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately.
• Schedules client appointments and sends client appointment reminders, as needed.
• Admits clients into the program using established client database systems.
• Manages client intakes.
• Meets with clients, as a client advocate, in one-on-one assessment sessions.
• Provides information, education, and community referrals based on individual client needs and in line with the standards identified by Birthline/Lifeline.
• Provides material assistance to clients following Birthline/Lifeline policies and procedures.
• Completes client follow up contacts in a timely manner.
• Maintains orderly client records, including using the client database.
• Assists with general administrative and receptionist support, including greeting clients, preparing intakes, and responding to phone and email inquiries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Resolves problems with some supervision and implements solutions.
• Consults supervisor when unusual problems arise.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in related field and/or experience in an office environment and with client interaction
• Bilingual (English and Spanish- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently.)
