Home Instead is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our admin team and help enrich the lives of clients and families in the local Florida community. The role focuses on consultative client assessments, tailored service plans, and ongoing quality assurance visits to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction.

The position requires professional appearance, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Outgoing, personable personality and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Outside sales experience in health care is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients and families to discuss needs and create service plans.
• Conduct service inquiries and care consultations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients until commitment.
• Coordinate client care with team members and Care Pros.
• Introduce new clients and Care Pros; document QA meetings.
• Plan monthly/quarterly quality assurance visits.
• Identify opportunities to adjust service plans to fit client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, franchise owner and referral sources.
