Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

We’re a top-producing, community-focused real estate team in the Twin Cities, passionate about delivering five-star service to every client. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed Client Care Coordinator to keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.

Who You Are:

  • You’re the person who actually color-codes their calendar.
  • You love lists, systems, and solving problems before anyone notices them.
  • You're tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and thrive in a support role.
  • Real estate experience is a bonus—but not required. We can train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Maintain CRM and ensure database accuracy
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and social media content
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Handle general office duties to keep the team on track and efficient

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM platforms (or a quick learner!)
