ComForCare seeks a Client Care Coordinator to meet with clients regularly, ensuring satisfaction, safety and quality of care. The role collaborates with the agency administrator to maintain compliance with state and federal client regulations, and supports the franchisee’s operations.

The position emphasizes building client relationships, coordinating care plans, and upholding agency policies while engaging with clients and families to ensure high service standards.
