Job summary

Chapman Partnership is seeking a Client Care Specialist in Miami to ensure a welcoming, safe environment and conduct dorm/room checks. You will monitor rules, behavior, and coordinate client needs while documenting all activities and incidents.

The role emphasizes de-escalation, mediation and maintaining high standards of care, safety and cleanliness within the facility. On-site, full-time hourly position.

Qualifications

• G.E.D or High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to Chapman Partnership's mission, vision and values.
• Create a welcoming, safe environment for clients and supervise dorm/room checks.
• Monitor policy adherence, client needs, room/bed assignments, laundry, bed count and random checks of belongings.
• Maintain client care centers of excellence with ongoing monitoring, assistance and reporting.
• Foster cleanliness, safety and accountability through cooperation.
• Assist clients with immediate needs and guidance on procedures.
• Ensure living standards are met and coordinate client needs.
• Document and report behavioral issues, incidents and accidents per protocol.
• Assist with transportation for clients to medical/mental health appointments and other activities.
• Assist with staff transportation as directed by management.
• Inspect vehicles for travel readiness and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure provided services (mail, supplies, clothing) are timely.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
