We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and people-oriented Client & Business Operations Associate to join our growing employment law firm. A significant part of this role is client-facing. You’ll spend a meaningful portion of each day speaking with prospective clients by phone—responding to inbound leads, conducting initial qualification calls, managing follow-ups, and making sure every prospective client receives a responsive and professional experience. Beyond client intake, you’ll report directly to the firm’s Managing Director and serve as a hands‑on generalist supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the business. That could mean coordinating a project, working through a CRM follow‑up list, executing a large direct‑mail campaign, troubleshooting an operational issue, or helping implement a better process.
We’re a small team that has invested heavily in technology, automation, and efficient systems, but you do not need to be a data analyst or technology expert. We’re looking for someone who is great with people, highly organized, attentive to detail, and gets satisfaction from getting things done. For an early-career professional, this is an opportunity to develop a broad business skill set while working directly with firm leadership.
What You'll Do
Client Intake & Communication
Business Operations & Execution
This is a hands‑on role. We value people who are equally comfortable speaking with a prospective client, working through a follow‑up list, coordinating a project, and rolling up their sleeves to get a mailing out the door.
Systems & Process Improvement
Prior automation or technical experience is not required. We care more about technological curiosity, adaptability, and an instinct for finding a better way to get things done.

Why This Role Is Different
Many early‑career positions expose you to one narrow function. This one won't. You'll work directly with firm leadership and gain exposure to client intake, customer experience, business development, operations, project coordination, CRM systems, technology, and process improvement. At the same time, this is an execution‑oriented position. We're not hiring someone to sit on the sidelines and analyze the business - we're hiring someone to help run it. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from the beginning: speaking with prospective clients, managing important follow‑ups, executing operational workflows, and making sure critical work gets completed accurately and on time. As you develop, you'll have opportunities to take ownership of larger projects and improve how the business operates. For someone early in their career who is people‑oriented, organized, ambitious, and wants broad exposure to how a growing business actually works, this is an opportunity to build an unusually versatile skill set.
