This role requires a hands‑on leader who can build efficient systems and ensure a high‑quality workplace experience. This is a hybrid role that will require in‑office presence 4‑5 days per week for the first three months, with occasional evenings and weekends required based on business.

What You'll Own

  • Maintain a welcoming, well‑organized front office environment, delivering exceptional hospitality to every visitor and employee who walks through the door
  • Plan and execute office events and catering, from team gatherings to larger firm‑wide programming, including hands‑on setup and breakdown
  • Support Facilities with supply chain management, inventory control, and coordination of deliveries
  • Support space planning including moves, seating allocation, floor plan updates, and stakeholder coordination
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys, team managers, and supervisors across the firm, acting as a reliable and trusted resource for workplace needs
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT on equipment setup, office builds, and hybrid workspace needs
  • Serve as liaison for business continuity planning, safety protocols, and security training
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute office events end‑to‑end, from intimate team gatherings to large‑scale office‑wide programming, managing logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination throughout
  • Support and co‑execute external events, client briefings, and community panels, serving as on‑site host and point of contact for guests and speakers
  • Manage event setup, breakdown, and real‑time troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution regardless of event size or complexity
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to align on event goals, space needs, attendance, and communications

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • A self‑starter who takes ownership, follows through, and proactively communicates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Lists, and Teams is required
