Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Receives operational data for entry into the client's bookkeeping system and determines how to record income, expenses and labor hours.
  • Manually records information into the bookkeeping system and ensures checks are endorsed and deposited daily.
  • Balances and reconciles ledgers and cash/bank accounts as part of the client7;s general ledger.
  • Prepares detailed reports on business income, expenses, taxes and other needs for the client.
  • Performs payroll services including payroll checks and relevant payroll reports compliant with wage laws.
  • Maintains a manual file system for hard-copy documents and participates in training to improve service quality.
  • Attends training sessions and performs other duties as assigned.
