Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- in Boston is seeking a Client Billing Representative to support attorneys and staff with all aspects of client billing, including prebills, invoices, inquiries, and issue resolution. You will verify billing production, generate reports, provide system training, and assist with third‑party/e-billing platforms in a fast‑paced professional services setting.

An Associate degree and 3+ years of billing or accounting experience, plus strong Excel/Word skills, are required;

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting, billing, or finance experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and prepare prebills and client invoices.
• Verify billing production and generate billing reports.
