Job summary

Cb&S Bank is seeking a Customer Ambassador to assist customers face-to-face, handle routine teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and promote bank products.

The role combines teller duties with occasional new account responsibilities, requires accurate cash handling and adherence to internal controls. You will engage customers, explain options, balance drawers, and participate in community outreach while completing required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of teller experience or relevant work experience including clerical, administrative, cash handling, or customer service experience required.
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service through courteous, accurate transactions.
• Balance cash drawer accurately and operate Teller Cash Recycler if applicable.
• Open new accounts and process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Refer bank products and services to customers to meet their needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and bank policies.
• Represent the bank in community and civic activities.
• Complete required monthly and quarterly training.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues on customer accounts.
