Qualifications

• High School Diploma or greater with cash handling and new account experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to listen, follow directions and identify the needs of others.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and maintain cash drawer with proper balancing procedures.
• Operate proof/image machine and open new accounts.
• Uphold security and audit procedures; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify customer needs and make referrals to other bank members when appropriate.
