Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Regular full-time Banking Client Services Associate. You will provide timely and accurate client transactions, maintain records, and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management activities to understand client needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking options, assist with new accounts, and uphold internal controls while delivering a distinctive client experience across service channels including in-branch and remote support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Travel availability to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or referring to branch team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in established Retail leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and risk policies, staying updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
• Handle workload according to branch demands and priorities.
