Job summary

Truist is seeking a diligent team member to provide timely and accurate client service, handling transactions while promoting digital banking solutions. The role supports outbound outreach and IRM activities to maximize client satisfaction and financial solutions.

The position is regular, full-time, with standard shifts in the United States, requiring English fluency and the ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and client outreach, identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training as required.
• Advance product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients.
