Job summary

Truist is hiring in the United States for a role focused on delivering exceptional client service. You will perform both complex and standard transactions while identifying client needs and educating customers on digital channels such as ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.

You will participate in outbound outreach, support the sales process, and collaborate with branch teams to provide Truist expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Commit to ongoing product/knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
