Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused teammate to provide timely client transactions and accurate record-keeping. You will educate clients on digital tools and support outbound outreach to uncover needs, while working with the Retail team to deliver Truist expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATM, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify opportunities for Truist services.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities for clients’ needs.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; participate in training.
