Job summary

Truist in Belleview, FL seeks a client services specialist to provide timely transactions, educate on digital banking, and support sales with outbound outreach. You'll help open new accounts, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records while aligning with IRM strategies.

Ideal candidates have teller or client service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi‑task, including weekends or extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions to enhance service experience.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
