Responsabilidades

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; assist with deposits and account servicing.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, digital tools and competitors.
• Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives.
