Job summary

Truist in Alabama is seeking a diligent Teller/CSR to provide a distinctive client experience, conducting transactions accurately while identifying customers' financial needs. You will also educate clients on digital banking options and support outbound outreach to drive sales.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling or service experience, and the ability to multitask within a regulated retail banking environment. Weekend hours and travel may be necessary depending on branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and basic software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Weekends and extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with new account openings and problem resolution.
