Job summary

Truist in Mobile, AL is seeking a Regular Teller to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced branch. You will deliver superior service, assess client financial needs, and cross-train to support sales and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through digital banking, performing complex and standard transactions, and representing the branch with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions.
