Responsibilities

• Consult with clients about financial goals and promote F&M products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to other departments for additional needs.
• Open new personal and business accounts and perform maintenance per policy.
• Explain procedures, prioritize work, and resolve customer questions with strong problem-solving.
• Process routine teller transactions and assist as needed during high traffic.
• Identify potential fraud or Elder Abuse and notify management.
• Conduct outbound client contact to build relationships.
• Complete file maintenance and ensure accurate documentation.
