Flagstar Bank’s Branch Banking team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH seeks a Branch Banking Client Consultant II to deliver best-in-class service, resolve client concerns, and present lending and investment options. You will engage with Mortgage and Business Banking partners to support clients’ financial goals.

You will handle moderately complex conversations, maintain compliance, and help grow the client base through strategic introductions and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Education level: High School / GED or equivalent.
• Experience with digital banking products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support growth targets by driving deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Provide excellent client experience and resolve questions or complaints promptly.
• Educate clients and connect them with Mortgage and Business Banking specialists.
• Adhere to regulatory policies and complete required trainings.
