Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs, following bank policies.
