Job summary

You will be the hospitality ambassador of the financial center, handling client flow and positive interactions while adhering to TD’s risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone), serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from initial engagement and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience, save time, and support financial well-being, while connecting them to specialists as needed to achieve long-term goals.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Balances client needs with sound judgment, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant and responsible outcomes.
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective in all interactions.
