Job summary

TD Bank in Harleysville, Pennsylvania seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative to serve as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center. You will guide client flow, assist with everyday banking transactions, and deepen relationships by identifying client needs and referring to partners.

You will educate clients on products and digital tools, handle routine inquiries with accuracy, and uphold TD's risk and regulatory standards. Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients. Experience can include volunteering, education, military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone), serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD's service strategy
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that establish trust from the initial engagement and strengthen ongoing relationships
• Balances client needs with sound judgment, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant and responsible outcomes
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience, save time, and support financial well-being, while connecting them to specialists as needed to achieve long-term goals
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective in all interactions
