Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker in the United States to deliver timely client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking and support sales and IRM activities while maintaining accurate records and strong controls.

The role requires 2 years of teller/client service experience and the ability to work weekends/extended hours. Competitive base salary with incentives and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Multi-tasking capability under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with some travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with consistent service while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in established Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Maintain and advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
