Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, with strong work ethic and results focus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Notary commission or ability to obtain within a few months of start date.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for financial center clients; uncover personal banking needs and connect to specialists.
  • Deepen client relationships through platform services and self-service support.
  • Handle transactions and ensure operational accuracy while complying with regulations.
  • Initiate outbound calls and maintain follow-up routines with clients.
