Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, uncover personal banking needs, offer solutions, and connect clients to specialists. You will deepen relationships through platform services, assist with self-service transactions, and deliver exceptional client care.

Beginning with outbound calls and consistent follow-up, you will follow regulatory guidelines, open accounts, maintain records, and provide accurate service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Comfortable engaging all clients (in-person and by phone).
• Ability to learn new information and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Demonstrates time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide consumer and small business solutions by uncovering personal banking needs.
• Educate and train clients on self-service technologies and transactions.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.
• Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Manage client interactions with appropriate actions and follow-up.
