Job summary

U.S. Bank in Ohio is seeking a Relationship Banker to meet customers face to face, build trust, assess banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products.

You will originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch activities to deliver personalized financial solutions. Strong communication, high standards for service, and ability to adapt to digital tools are key.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with registration requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four to five+ years of job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions based on goals
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch operations to support customers' needs
