Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships by meeting customers in-person and when needed. You will assess banking needs, educate clients on deposits and loans, and tailor financial solutions to their goals at the branch.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, plus ongoing compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Meet face to face with customers and engage them to provide banking counsel.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and process customer and account information.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and financial solutions based on goals.
• Originate and close consumer loans and open and/or close branch accounts.
