Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager to lead a flight department at KAUS. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player dedicated to service, safety, and integrity while ensuring compliant operations and superior client support.

Qualifications

• Management background with a proven leadership track record.
• Experience coordinating flight operations, training, and crew scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other regulations.
• Monitors personal appearance, dress code, and conduct to meet high standards.
• Maintains current read and file of all Solairus memorandums.
• Coordinates training for crew and maintenance personnel.
• Schedules and coordinates maintenance flights not in the client’s system.
• Develops scheduling procedures to promote reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Approves PTO and informs flight coordinator of schedule changes.
• Conducts meetings to coordinate activities and promote goodwill.
• Prepares expense reports for assigned personnel.
• Participates in interviewing new personnel for the operation.
• Gathers input from Client Responsible Officer on operational issues.
• Submits required reports; revises manuals and publications as needed.
• Maintains Training Currency and Monthly Flight Time Records.
• Ensures timely submission of training records and other data.
• Promotes goodwill and maintains SOLAIRUS reputation.
• Participates in SMS implementation and policies.
