Job summary

Solairus Aviation in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager to lead a flight department at the KTYQ airport. The CAM will be a team player dedicated to safety, service, and integrity while delivering compliant, efficient flight operations.

Ideal candidate brings extensive leadership in flight operations, strong scheduling and training oversight; must reside within 2 hours of KTYQ and coordinate with clients to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Management background with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Must reside within 2 hours of KTYQ or relocate accordingly.
• Experience coordinating training and scheduling with clients and crews.
• Track record in one or more environments implementing best practices in flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other regulations.
• Coordinates, schedules and reviews crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable, efficient scheduling of aircraft.
• Approves and schedules PTO for all assigned personnel.
• Maintains Training Currency and Monthly Flight Time Records for crewmembers.
