Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at the KMQS airport. The ideal candidate will be a team player who strives for excellence, safety, integrity, and exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities include supervision, training oversight, scheduling, and maintaining regulatory compliance across Solairus and FAA guidelines. Must relocate within two hours of KMQS and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

• Management background with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other regulations.
• Coordinate crew and maintenance training with training contractor.
• Develop scheduling procedures to promote reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Review and approve PTO and aircraft schedules with flight coordinators.
• Maintain training currency and flight time records for crewmembers.
