Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will join a collaborative team of finance professionals dedicated to a firmwide initiative to elevate revenue cycle administration to best practice standards. This role oversees the setup of alternative fee arrangements, billing guidelines, contract terms, and e-billing implementation, working closely as a key stakeholder of the revenue cycle function. This is an exempt position based in our Chicago office, with standard hours of 8:45 AM–5:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and additional hours as needed.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $117,000 to $157,000 in Chicago. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on several factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
