Virtual Partner Advantage, on-site in Louisiana, is seeking a Client Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team. This high-trust role blends AP expertise, accounting skills, client communication, and leadership behaviors to protect client cash and ensure accuracy.

You will manage invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end support, while contributing to process improvements in a close-knit, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AP or accounting experience (or equivalent combination).
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with new systems.
• High attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
• Problem-solving mindset and love for clarity.

Responsabilités

• Process PO and non-PO invoices with accurate coding.
• Verify and match invoices to POs and receipts; ensure accuracy.
• Prepare checks, ACHs, and wires for timely payments.
• Reconcile AP ledgers and vendor statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly with clients and vendors to build trust.
• Support month-end close with AP reports and analyses.
• Offer process-improvement recommendations and take ownership.
