Position Overview
Wedding Day Diamonds is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Advocate. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, assisting clients with their jewelry needs, delivering superior customer service, and driving sales. By showcasing our exquisite jewelry collection and building lasting relationships, you’ll create memorable experiences for our clients. Compensation
At Wedding Day Diamonds, we value transparency and reward hard work. The annual average earnings for Client Advocates range from $59,000 to $79,000, based on performance and experience. This range is derived from total gross earnings, including an hourly base rate and commission earnings of 2.00% to 3.94%, dependent on meeting specific goals. These figures reflect the typical averages for individuals who have been in the role for a full calendar year.
Top-performing Client Advocates can earn up to $100,000 annually, showcasing our commitment to competitive compensation for exceptional contributions.

Responsibilities
As a Client Advocate, you will:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces.
  • Drive Sales: Actively engage clients, demonstrate product expertise, and use persuasive selling techniques to meet individual and store sales goals.
  • Share Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our collection, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and design trends, as well as new launches and promotions.
  • Deliver Personalized Consultations: Build enduring relationships by offering ongoing assistance, follow-up communication, and personalized service, including guidance on jewelry care and maintenance.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: Ensure displays are visually appealing, organized, and optimized for sales opportunities.
  • Support Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, repairs, clean-and-check services, gold buyback, and point-of-sale system operations.
  • Stay Market Aware: Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Engage in Training: Participate in programs to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
