Qualifications

• CPA eligibility or CPA candidate required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in public accounting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; advanced degree a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and exceptional client service.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Client Accounting advisory projects, including accounting remediations and GAAP conversions.
• Month-end close process and preparation of financial statements.
• Provide client trainings on new procedures and accounting principles.
• Prepare financial forecasts and KPI reports.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll accounting responsibilities.
• Support annual audits and various tax filings (1096, 1099, payroll tax, sales tax).
