Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA or CPA-eligible required or CPA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with M&A accounting is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in CAS advisory or similar role.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, time management, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall day-to-day management of the accounting and finance functions for multiple clients in a shared services environment.
• Review clients’ monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
• Analyze and interpret financial information to provide actionable insights for client management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance clients’ operations and suggest procedural improvements.
• Understand technology stack and drive month-end close efficiencies through added processes and integrations.
• Document repeatable methodologies with tools and templates for future projects.
• Lead initial assessments, implementations, and onboarding of new clients.
• Ensure exceptional client service through process improvements.
• Support business development by generating leads and preparing proposals.
