Job summary

Mowery & Schoenfeld is seeking a Senior Audit Associate in Lincolnshire, IL to join our collaborative public accounting team. You will work with A&A managers and leadership on client engagements and contribute to planning, fieldwork and timely completion of audit tasks.

The ideal candidate has a CPA or is CPA eligible, with 3+ years in public accounting and a Bachelor's in accounting (Masters preferred). Experience in construction, manufacturing/distribution, technology or M&A is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA eligibility required; CPA status preferred
• 3+ busy seasons of audit and assurance experience, with at least one at senior associate or supervisor level
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; master's preferred
• Experience in construction, manufacturing/distribution, technology and/or M&A is a plus
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
• Strong client service orientation and commitment to quality and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage client engagements and projects
• Work alongside A&A managers and firm leadership on client services
• Contribute to planning, fieldwork and completion of engagement tasks
