Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Experience acquiring new engagements and leading teams.
• 12–15+ years in a business/consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IA client engagement from opportunity creation to business capture.
• Generate and qualify business leads regionally.
• Co-develop client strategy with CAMs and segment leaders.
• Co-develop marketing strategy with Strategic Growth teams.
• Oversee region client strategy; manage profit and loss.
