Job summary

MASA Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Client Advisor) in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will advise prospective clients on medical transportation plans, work with qualified leads, and complete a 1-call close after following up. Training is provided, with a supportive team and a strong mission.

There is an on-site role with a regular 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Florida licenses may be preferred: 2-15 Resident Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts)
• 2-20 Resident General Lines License or Accident & Health
• 2-40 Resident Health

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective clients on medical transportation plans.
• Follow up on qualified leads; there is no cold calling.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions for themselves and families and collect payment information.
• Engage in a straightforward 1-call close after qualification.
