Job summary

Empire Medical Training in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to close inbound leads and perform high-conversion outbound follow-up calls. You’ll talk to healthcare professionals daily from our in-office team, with uncapped commissions and real room to grow.

You’ll manage a robust pipeline in the CRM, hit monthly revenue targets of $100K–$150K, and help customers select the right courses and memberships that fit their goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales (in-office preferred).
• Proven track record closing high-value deals ($100K–$150K+ monthly).
• Strong verbal and written communication; excellent listening/rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Talk to warm leads all day and handle 100–150 inbound/outbound calls.
• Close enrollments and memberships in our catalog.
• Upsell bundles, certifications, and continuing education options.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Hit and beat targets with uncapped commissions and bonuses.
