Job summary

MASA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Fort Lauderdale contact center. You’ll advise prospective clients on MASA medical transportation plans, with a through-lead system and a straightforward one-call close.

Training provided; insurance/healthcare experience preferred but not required; you’ll earn base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses totaling $60,000-$80,000+ annually. Enjoy a collaborative, friendly team, on-site role, and a schedule Monday–Friday, with paid
