Job description

Join a London-based designer fashion house built on the belief that fashion should sell a feeling: happiness. This brand creates joyful experiences that make people smile, and we're looking for a Client Advisor who naturally embodies that same spirit.

This isn't a traditional luxury retail role. It's an opportunity to bring warmth, positivity, and genuine personality to every customer who walks through the door, someone who helps every customer leave happier than when they arrived.

The Role

Personality matters more here than a polished retail resume: if you naturally bring good energy into a room, we want to talk to you.
