Job summary

BMW of Ramsey, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants in Ramsey, NJ. This full-time role offers an annual earnings potential of $75,000 to $150,000+ based on performance and requires Saturday availability.

Who We're Looking For:

• Volume-driven, self-motivated new and used car sales professionals


• Prior experience in appliance, mobile, or similar sales roles


• Proficiency in using CDK and VinSolutions a plus


• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.


• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.


• Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and manufacturer training courses.

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $75,000 to $150,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
